What does your typical Valentine’s Day outfit look like? I’m mixing up the usual sweet and feminine idea that comes to mind with this red sweater and black distressed denim.
I’ve not been much of a dress girl lately. I think that’s due to my recent weight gain, but I actually can’t tell you the last time I wore a dress. Because of this, I decided to edge up my Valentine’s Day outfit this year.
To be honest, I don’t wear bright colors often. But, when I was searching for some Valentine’s Day outfit inspiration, red it was. This sweater fits perfectly, even with a little flare to accentuate all of the right places. The shoulder cut-outs are the icing on the cake, since you can tell from this outfit that I’m a big fan of them lately.
These boots are totally new to me. I think I’ve pretty much worn out my black motorcycle boots that I love so (worn here, here, and here) so when I laid eyes on these I knew I had to have them. They go great with everything and seem to be pretty comfortable.
So, I challenge you to really think about what you’re wearing for your Valentine’s Day Outfit. And no, it’s not too early to start planning it! Stay tuned for my V Day gift guide later this week!
