Hey, I’m totally okay with it though because pretty wreaths, uniquely wrapped presents, and holiday inspired cocktails are my jam. If you’re on the Christmas train like I am, keep reading to find out how to make these delicious and indulgent Toasted Marshmallow Dublin Coffee drinks at home.
- 2 oz cold-brew coffee
- 2 oz Vanilla Porter beer
- 1½ oz whiskey
- ¾ oz Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- ½ oz half and half
- 2 Extra-large marshmallows for garnish
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour in your coffee, beer, and whiskey.
- Next pour in your syrup.
- Finish by topping your cocktail with the half and half, pouring in a circular motion to blend together nicely.
- Garnish with a toasted marshmallow if desired.
- Sip & Enjoy!
Traditional Dublin Coffee cocktails are usually made with a stout beer instead. For this cocktail, Vanilla Porter was the smoother choice, a sweeter beer that mixed perfectly with the Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup. It’s for real like Christmas in a glass and we ain’t mad about it.
